The Office Coordinator
Serves as the coordinator for corporate office activities and services and is responsible for the smooth functioning of the office. Functions as the primary receptionist, greeting guests and answering the phones. Coordinates room reservations, catered lunches, meetings and other group activities. Maintains supplies for the office. Performs special projects and provides clerical assistance to the office staff. Demonstrates positive, respectful, and professional behavior in all job aspects. Represents Elder Care Alliance to residents, employees, board members, and the general public.
